2010 User and Open Day Wrap Up

2010 User and Open Day Wrap Up

The 2010 User and Open Days have now concluded. Six were held in total, with the MEX staff travelling to Auckland, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney from the 11th March to the 23rd.

These days were a huge success, with over 80% of the attendees finding the days to be between good and excellent, and all attendees left with more knowledge of MEX then they came with.

With well over 100 companies from around Australia attending both the User and Open days, Training manager Lindsay Wilson has hailed the days a huge success. Some topics covered in the User Days, which were free for Maintenance Agreement holders, included Upcoming Releases, MEX Ops, using Stores and Requisitions and the benefits of using MEX Mobile.

The Open Day, which was for anyone who is not currently using the MEX Software, covered the benefits of using the MEX products, giving an overall showcase of MEX’s powerful and easy to use interface, as well as discussing what benefits your business can get out of implementing a solid maintenance solution.

Recently the winner of the MEX Customer Satisfaction Survey was drawn, and our congratulations go out to John Martin from UnitingCare Ageing, who has won a $750 Travel Voucher courtesy of MEX. John plans to travel to New Zealand later in the year.

John explains how MEX has helped Uniting Aged Care, “With many aged care sites all over Western Sydney & Western NSW, MEXOps & MEX creates a user friendly easy way for all our staff to enter jobs and for our centralised maintenance team to be able to track & manage all the maintenance jobs.  Having all the data in one place makes reporting on maintenance a great management tool.”

Thanks to all those who attended and we look forward to seeing you at our Annual User Conference which will be held at the Q1 Resort and Spa, Surfers Paradise on the 26th and 27th of August!
