Brisbane Flood Update 2022
To all our valued customers,
Firstly, to all our QLD customers that have been affected by the events of the last few days, we stand with you in this time and hope that you and your family are safe.
With the unfolding flood emergency in South East Queensland, we would like to inform you all that the MEX Office is open but with a skeleton crew in place to help with urgent requests.
We have the rest of our team who are unaffected by the flood and are able to work, working safely from home.
Our temporary operating hours this week are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
To help us better serve you, we do ask that you direct your requests appropriately and base requests on a level of severity.
