Have you considered MEX training but you’re not quite sure what course you should take? We call our courses introduction or advanced but don’t fall into the trap of letting that title scare you away.
Did you know that 25% of customers who attend the introduction to MEX course have been using MEX for over a year? Over time it’s easy to fall into a routine and get stuck in your ways but you might be overlooking a new feature or even an old feature in MEX that can help you make life a little bit easier in your operation.
Running a refresher course is a great way to make sure there’s nothing you’re missing out on. Whether that be the latest asset auditing feature or an old report, or PM function that’s long been forgotten. Our introduction course isn’t just aimed at your total MEX beginners but also for more seasoned users who are seeking some MEX re-enlightenment.
As for our advanced course 37% of our attendees have been using MEX for less than six months! Don’t let the word advanced deter you from our course, if you’ve got a decent understanding of the MEX system then why not give the advanced course a go?
Another thing we sometimes hear from our customers is “we’ve already sent someone to advanced training”. Well I won’t claim to be a mathematician but I know that 2 is always better than 1 (in most cases anyway two beers are better than one, two 100 dollar bills are better than one that type of thing). Anyway…
You always hear us say the more you learn with MEX the more you can implement, which is of course true but it also works in the sense that the more highly skilled MEX employees in your operation the greater your chance of a successful MEX maintenance operation. You won’t have to go run an ask Gary about a PM activator because you’ll already know the answer. Increasing everyone’s MEX knowledge translates into reduced double handling, increased efficiencies and reduced downtime.
In short don’t put off MEX training because you hear the word advanced and think the course is out of your league or that introduction means it will be a snooze. There’s always more to learn in MEX and there’s always more maintenance money to be saved.
