A number of customers have requested the addition of Quoting into MEX and we have listened.

The new version of MEX allows our users to easily add in a quote to the system enabling seamless computerised maintenance management allowing you to monitor and manage your quotes in the MEX digital platform.

MEX Users will now be able to generate Quotes in MEX V15 allowing them to

• Save time reduce data input errors
• Manage & monitor jobs from start to finish
• Streamline your quoting system

All this at no extra costs as the Quotes Module is a part of the standard MEX/FleetMEX system.

Using the MEX Quote Module you can

• Manage your Quotes in one central listing
• Monitor the status of Quotes
• Keep comprehensive records of all previous Quotes
• Email quotes through MEX
• Print Quotes through MEX
• Duplicate Quotes for repeat jobs
• Generate a Work Order from an approved Quote
• And most importantly Report on Quotes

• Last edited/ created by
