Announcing the latest update to the MEX Maintenance Experts App (v1.4), now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store! This update brings important bug fixes and usability improvements to enhance your experience with MEX on iOS and Android devices.

What’s New in MEX v1.4?

General Updates

• Push Notifications for iOS – Stay informed with real-time updates as push notifications now work seamlessly on iOS devices.
• MEX App Invite Fix – Inviting users to the MEX App from MEX 15 now correctly opens the app on iOS.

Work Order Enhancements

• Improved Closing Process for PM Work Orders – When closing a non-fixed Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Order, the Confirm Date form will now appear as expected.
• Request & Work Order Completion Sync – If a Work Order is attached to a Request, it will now be automatically marked as completed when you finish the Work Order in the MEX App. This ensures better tracking and reduces manual updates.

Security Updates

• Password Expiry Handling – Users with expired passwords will now be prompted to reset their password upon login, ensuring smooth and secure access to the MEX App.
