MEX Festive Season Shutdown Period 2019

Please note the MEX office will close at 1pm AEST on Tuesday 24th December 2019 to observe the Christmas Holiday Period. To bring in the new year, we will reopen Monday 6th January, 2020 at 7.30am AEST.

For anyone working through the holidays, we will have Eejay from Support on hand to help with any issues. He will be available to assist on the 27th, 30th & 31st December and the 2nd & 3rd January from 7.30am AEST to 5.00pm AEST. You can contact him at support@mex.com.au or via phone on 0410 214 473.

No support is available on the Public Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

MEX would like to say a huge thank-you to all our customers for their support throughout 2019. Over the past year we received probably the most amount of customer feedback than ever before, which is something we really appreciate. We know that we would not exist if it weren’t for our customers so we always love hearing about their MEX experiences.
