MEX Festive Season Shutdown Period 2020

To observe the Christmas Holidays, the MEX Office will be closed from 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 23rd December 2020. To bring in the new year, we will reopen Monday 4th January, 2021 at 7.30am AEST.

If any customers are working through the festive season, we will have Dave from Support on hand to help with any issues. Dave will be available to help on the 29th, 30th & 31st December from 7.30am AEST to 5.00pm AEST. You can contact him at support@mex.com.au or via phone on the office number +61 7 3392 4777. 

No support is available on the Public Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

The team at MEX would like to give our customers a big thank-you for their support throughout the crazy year of 2020. This past year will go down in history as the year that changed the way we work. MEX has taken this on board, from introducing Online Training to allowing our customers to work from home with our powerful Data Hosting Service. 

We also took this time to further improve the software and are proud to release the brand new MEX Mobile App!
