MEX Festive Season Shutdown Period 2021

To observe the Christmas Holidays, the MEX Office will be closed from 4.00pm AEST on Thursday 23rd December 2021. To bring in the new year, we will reopen Tuesday 4th January, 2022 at 7.30am AEST.
For those customers who are working through the festive season, we will have Callum from Support on hand to help with any issues. Callum will be available to help on the non public holidays including 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st December from 7.30am AEST to 5.00pm AEST. No support is available on the Public Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
