MEX Festive Season Shutdown Period 2023

To observe the Christmas Holidays, the MEX Office will be closed from 12 noon AEST on Thursday 21st December 2023. To bring in the new year, we will reopen Tuesday the 2nd of January, 2024 at 7.30am AEST.
For those customers who are working through the festive season, we will have Cody from our support team available to help with any issues. Cody will only be available on the non public holidays including 22nd, 27th, 28th and 29th of December from 7.30am AEST to 5.00pm AEST. No support is available on the Public Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.
