New MEX Customers August 2022

We’re pleased to welcome a number of new customers to the MEX family! These customers recently purchased the MEX Maintenance Software in August, 2022 and are now an important part of the MEX Community.

Bucher Municipal
Bucher Municipal is one of the five core divisions of the global industrial group Bucher Industries, and is today recognised as the leading provider of equipment to the Australian Waste Industry. The company’s product range includes Side, Rear and Front-loading refuse machines as well as Compact, and Truck Mounted Sweepers, Vacuum Tankers, Transportable and Static Compactors.

Ventrac

Ventrac Australia is a company that sells a specific type of tractor (Ventrac) and its attachments to councils, golf courses, and private home owners. They currently have over 300 machines sold in Australia.

“We will use MEX as an asset management tool, which will help us manage the maintenance of the tractors through preventative maintenance procedures, along with keeping track of spare parts through stores. We will also use the activator element in PM’S to help us track service schedules and contact customers when maintenance is required.” – Ian Widocks


McCallum
McCallum Industries is a food manufacturing company based in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 1987, McCallum Industries own some of NZ's iconic brands like Palm corned beef, Salisbury, Only Organic & Natureland Baby.

LaNaval
La Naval Services is a packaging and containers company based out of Australia. Proving high quality services in portion-control and sachet packaging of food for major Australian food companies.  

“We have steadily been growing over the last 20 years and have reached a point where we need to upgrade our Preventive Maintenance system and parts ordering system as we keep purchasing more equipment.
