We’re pleased to welcome a number of new customers to the MEX family! These customers recently purchased the MEX Maintenance Software in February, 2023 and are now an important part of the MEX Community.

Cairns Convention Centre
Managed by global venue management company, ASM Global, the Cairns Convention Centre is an award- winning venue located on the shores of the Great Barrier Reef. With a total of 45,000sqm of event space the Cairns Convention Centre has multiple options for events, including a 2,330-tiered seat auditorium, a 5,000-seat arena that is ideal for sporting events, concerts, art exhibitions and large gala dinners.

Wolf Contracting is a privately owned mining services company. Wolf has built its reputation on consistently delivering work of the highest standard, on time and on budget. We provide experienced site construction teams who can perform a wide range of civil earthworks and mining services.

“Our aim with switching to MEX is to get away from all those spread sheets and provide our maintenance teams with the same information which will eliminate duplication of information, provide one platform for maintenance strategies and stream line our purchasing with the correct approvals in place. The online prestart application will also improve the defect management and ensure we don’t miss those little issues that can cause unwanted safety risk and downtime down the track.

MAXTarr
MAXTarr is focused on delivering innovative multidiscipline solution for any Infrastructure, electrical and mechanical engineering projects throughout multiple regions in New Zealand. Dating back to 1978, Maxtarr has grown substantially from their humble beginning and in recent years we have developed a strong team for undertaking significant design build projects.

Sawtell Catholic Care
Sawtell Catholic Care is a dynamic, innovative aged care organisation offering quality, inspirational living experiences to its resident community on the North Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

“We have been looking for a platform to improve our maintenance management and broader asset management for our residential aged care facility and retirement village. The new legislation in NSW requiring us to have an Asset Management Plan meant we needed a system to meet our compliance obligations as well. We hope that MEX will improve our efficiency, quality and transparency in maintenance and asset management. ”
