New MEX iOS App Version 2.1 Released April 2015
A number of bug fixes and enhancements have been applied to the MEX iOS app V 2.1 released on the 14th of April 2015.
The main enhancements in this release are to do with the way in which Requests are handled by the app. We have introduced the functionality to upload and view images within the Request Details form. In the Request listing a paperclip is displayed alongside a request that has an image and also in the Request field on the Work Order details form.
The main Bug Fixes for this release include:
Custom Fields
- Sorting the Custom Module Listing will no longer result in an error for iOS 7.
- Custom Fields with a column span greater than one will now be laid out correctly.
MEX Mobile
- Closing an Inspection Work Order will now synchronize the Closed By Contact Name field.
- Scrolling through large inspections will no longer result in a crash.
MEX Today
- Displaying all Work Orders assigned to a Trade Code are now regionalized.
Work Orders
- Pictures uploaded to Work Order Documents will no longer rotate on an angle.
- Security and Mandatory applied to drop downs will now correctly flow through to the iPad.
