New MEX Version 15 Released March 2018

A number of bug fixes have been applied to MEX V15 released on the 26th of March 2018.

Do note that for those MEX users already on V15 an auto update should have already taken place. Please check the About MEX option in the Hamburger Menu in MEX to confirm that this update has occurred or you can check for updates in MEX V15. All users on older versions of MEX will need to visit the user portal to upgrade their system.

Summary of Bug Fixes

Some of the bug fixes for this release include:

  • Users can now sort the Asset Using tab in PM Details by the In-Use column as expected
  • Work Order duplicate issues that affected those customers with large amounts of records in the Activator Listing have been fixed
  • An update that better captures the latitude and longitude of the asset when saved in the Audit Tab
  • A user can no longer make changes to Catalogue Items that do not exist in their Region
  • The Work Order Status and the Raised Date can no longer be cleared in the Work Order details form
  • Custom Report Parameters can now be added to Reports through Control Files
  • Setting Automatic Numbering for Last Numbers will no longer cause issues when numbers already exist that are extremely large
