Paint Ball Turns MEX Red and Grey

Here at MEX, team morale is an important factor as it goes a long way in ensuring that it translates across to how we treat our customers.

On Friday the 22nd of April MEX Support, Research & Development, Engineering and IT Staff set out for a team building challenge. The day’s activities weren’t traditional in nature, there were no trust falls or discussion circles. Instead the MEX team took a more militant approach and spent the afternoon devising attack strategies on how best to win the games of Special Ops Paintball.

At times colleagues used to working alongside one another were staring down the barrel of each other’s paint ball guns and other times it was just everyman for themselves. Greg Rich head of Engineering said “It was a great afternoon, it was really good to get out of the office and blow of some steam, and boost the office morale. Also a great day for engineering itself considering me and Anthony we’re the last man’s standing in two games!”
