Introducing a new help resources menu to easily access all things MEX Support. This includes the MEX help guide, email support, a feedback option, support resources and if you are hosted, your hosting box status.
Released in the June 2021 release of the MEX Maintenance software, this new menu is designed to help customers get the help they need, when they need it.
In MEX, simply click on the ? button at the top right-hand side of the application, and you will be presented with the following menu:
