2014 has come and gone and as we enter the New Year, we look back at the year that was and at some of the work we have put in to enhance MEX’s status as Australia’s leading Maintenance Software provider.
In 2014 MEX
- Implemented a fool-proof upgrade platform to provide powerful enhancements seamlessly to users through the MEX pipe methodology.
- Improved performance and functionality throughout the MEX modules by
- Significantly increasing performance and optimizing memory throughout modules, listings and forms.
- Simplifying listing searches and making data export easier.
- Added a host of new Languages into MEX to accommodate our non-English speaking users around the world.
- Introduced Custom Fields throughout the MEX forms and listings. Allowing users to add their own fields and/or modules where they see fit. Further increasing the flexibility of the MEX Maintenance System.
- Introduced the Report Server Extension to ensure that all reports are available instantly upon request.
- Made major improvements on our customer service to ensure that we are delivering the service that our customers deserve. Putting in 120% effort to make sure our users are 100% satisfied.
- Created the ThinkTank space at MEX that allows our customers to come in to our office and try out MEX on different hardware with MEX staff on hand to assist.
What can you expect in 2015?
- Building on from last year, we will continue to put resources into improving and enhancing all the modules, forms, listings and the usability of MEX. From MEX Classic to version 14 and on our apps.
- MEX is focused on extending and enhancing the class leading MEX iOS maintenance apps and explore opportunities on other platforms.
- We will continue to work with our customers and further improve our customer service. Happily taking in requests, providing solutions to issues and continuing to provide high level consulting and training.
- Continue to provide a secure and reliable Web Hosting Facility to host customer data.
