Having a Maintenance System, or any computerized system for that matter, that your users can relate to can go a long way in how well it is utilized and most of all understood. One of the greatest barriers that many applications face when introduced to Non-English speaking users is the default Language in which the program is written and labelled. It is challenging enough trying to understand a foreign language, let alone trying to use one written in a foreign language.
The chances of a successful implementation of any system highly depends on the end user. If your end users don’t fully understand the system, your chances of implementing and using a dependable system going into the future go out the door. Now, take the very same system tailored to their native language and without a doubt the chances of that system being successfully implemented and understood greatly increase.
Keeping this in mind the development team at MEX have gone about improving the Language compatibility of the product. For years we have had a language add on but only for a couple of languages. By adding 11 languages into the main application and allowing for seamless translations, our team have ensured that the correct translations are made and at real time.
The new languages supported include:
There are no installations required for any of these Languages. Just upgrade to the latest build of MEX, select your language on start up or whilst you are using the program and work with the language of your choice. The Language translations also flow onto the MEX iOS app for those users that use MEX in the field on their iPad or iPhone.
