MEX prepares to release new Product

Over the last year MEX has been brainstorming and creating new software.

MEX has spent the last two decades creating and re creating components of the MEX products and has decided to release something new.

A new division of MEX including the appointment of a Products Manager was implemented to research and develop new products.

The first of these new products is a Service Management System.

With this system new customers can be easily added, phone calls and emails can be registered against the contact, quotes, work orders and invoicing for any job or service can be created.

Company Director Steve Ninnes states, "The Service Management System is about making it easier to handle customers in all the work you do for them.

If you have 1 to 100 vans running around doing maintenance and repair work then imagine being able to have a call centre, work orders, estimates and invoices all under the one banner for software.

One of the unique features is that the CRM links in directly with your emails, phone calls and cell phones.  Ultimately saving you time and money in everything you do."

The release of the Service Management System is forecasted for early next year.
